RPTO Training Terms and Conditions
1) If the Trainee Has Not Attended the Training:
Batch Change Request:
If a trainee is unable to attend the scheduled training session, they can request to change their batch once, provided they give prior notice to the training department. The request will be considered based on the availability of spots in the next batch. However, the approval for batch change is subject to availability and may not always be guaranteed.
Important:
The trainee must inform the training authorities at least in advance for such requests.
2) If the Trainee Has Attended Partially but Could Not Complete the Training:
Absentee Marking:
In the event that a trainee attends only part of the scheduled training but fails to complete it, they will be marked as absent for the remaining sessions. Please note that no refund or partial refund will be provided for the sessions missed, even if attended partially.
Continuation in a Future Batch:
If the trainee wishes to continue the training at a later date, they must seek prior permission from the training department. The trainee can then enroll in the next available batch, based on availability. However, they will be required to pay for any additional costs, including any damage fees or charges that may be incurred due to rescheduling. This ensures the continuity of the training process and guarantees that all resources are adequately allocated.
3) If the Trainee Has Paid an Advance and Wishes to Cancel the Registration:
Non-Refundable Advance:
If the trainee has made an advance payment and wishes to cancel their registration for any reason, the advance amount will be considered non-refundable. This is to account for administrative costs and preparation that have already been incurred.
Alternative Dates:
The trainee may opt to select alternative dates for their training, subject to the availability of spots in the next batch. The trainee must ensure that the new dates align with their schedule and that a new registration is completed in a timely manner.
4) Suspension of Candidature:
Grounds for Suspension:
A trainee's candidature may be suspended under the following circumstances, and no refund will be provided:
• Indiscipline Behavior: Any behavior deemed unprofessional, disrespectful, or disruptive during the training sessions may lead to immediate suspension.
• Medical Grounds: If the trainee is unable to continue due to medical reasons, suspension may occur. However, medical certificates or documentation may be required to support such claims.
• Non-Payment of Fees: If the trainee fails to make timely payments for the fees due, their registration may be suspended, and they will be prohibited from attending further sessions until the outstanding fees are settled.
5) Partial Payment of Fees:
Payment Terms:
Trainees who opt to make partial payments must ensure that the remaining balance is paid in full prior to the commencement of Day 1 of the training. No access to the training will be granted if the full payment has not been received.
Late Payment:
Failure to pay the balance before the start of the training session may result in the trainee being unable to participate in the training until payment is made in full.
6) Compliance with DGCA Regulations:
Adherence to Regulatory Standards:
All RPTO training programs will be conducted in compliance with the rules, regulations, and guidelines set forth by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). These standards govern all aspects of aviation training, and any changes or updates to the DGCA regulations will be incorporated into the training process accordingly.
Subject to Change:
As per DGCA’s evolving policies, these terms may be revised to remain in line with updated regulations.
